  24. It means that the interface you are attempting to configure has already
  25. been configured with the address(es) that you are trying to pass to it,
  26. i.e. you are trying to do the same thing twice. It's not a fatal error
  27. AFAIK. It should just print a warning to the log and continue if
  28. everything else is configured right.
